Learning Support Worker (Motor Vehicle & Construction) – Temporary – Full Time – Broxbourne – £15.20 per hour
We are recruiting temporary Learning Support Workers to support students in the Motor Vehicle and Construction Department at Hertford Regional College Broxbourne Campus. They will help to deliver an outstanding learner experience and be inspirational to students at HRC’s state of art facilities.

About The Role
We are seeking an individual who is enthusiastic about enabling learners with identified learning differences to access the college environment, to include academic support, pastoral support and communication for learners to realise their potential. The focus will be to support learners in Motor Vehicle and Construction learning areas, Monday to Friday, term time only.
About You
Successful candidates will possess experience of working in learning support, display excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, an enthusiasm for promoting independence for young people, a commitment to the well-being of all learners and a passion for constantly improving their learning experience. They will have GCSE Maths and/or English Grade 5 or above.
