Salary – Permanent, Full Time – Monday – Friday (36 hours per week) – £32,575 – £34,550 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience
Holiday – 25 days per annum plus Bank Holidays

About the Role
As a valued member of our Additional Learning Support team, you will play an important role in helping learners with additional needs achieve their full potential. Working collaboratively with curriculum staff, SEND professionals and external agencies, you will assess learners’ support needs and recommend tailored support strategies that enable them to succeed both academically and personally. You will coordinate the Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) process for learners, supporting consultations, annual reviews and the development of high-quality support plans to ensure learners receive the support they need. The role also involves providing guidance to teaching staff on effective differentiation strategies, contributing to exam access arrangements, and working closely with colleagues to support learners throughout their transition into and during their time at college. About You
You will bring:
✔ An appropriate qualification at degree level/Level 4 or appropriate professional qualification
✔ Maths and English qualifications at minimum level 2, or commitment to achieve these within a specified time period.
✔ Experience of working in education.
✔ Experience of developing support plans for learners and EHCP processes
✔Experience of working with learners with disabilities/learning difficulties.
