An exciting opportunity has arisen with our client CK Assessment & Training. We are recruiting for an Apprenticeship Recruitment Advisor to recruit candidates to the company’s courses and training programmes, with primary focus on the gas, renewable energy and plumbing sectors and to engage with new and existing employers to generate revenues from sales of both funded and non-Government funded programmes in the gas and plumbing centres.
CK Assessment and Training is an established and well-regarded ACS gas centre, providing a full range of professional grade domestic and commercial gas training and assessments for new and experienced engineers. They are also an approved City and Guilds plumbing centre, offering a wide range of plumbing and heating programmes for those new to the industry through to those developing their skills or progressing in the workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow a new business pipeline to meet monthly targets and maintain individual sales records and reports, ensuring personal performance is always in line with agreed KPI’s
- To undertake an ongoing and targeted campaign of telesales, sales, social media and marketing activity to new and existing customers, to ensure that Apprenticeship recruitment targets are met
- Maintaining records of activities and methods, and their effectiveness and results, identifying opportunities for improvements where relevant
- Responding to inbound customer enquiries to maximize sales opportunities
- To proactively use social media, the website, blog articles and other available tools to maximise sales and to promote awareness of products and services
- To advise customers on course availability, eligibility requirements, prices and suitability for their needs
- To identify, source and target larger employer prospects to create ongoing customer accounts
- To build rapport with key accounts, providing information, feedback, quotations etc in a timely manner
- To support the process of securing agreement from these larger accounts, including work placed visits when required
- To understand and check customer eligibility to take part in requested programmes and to ensure payment is received for those courses where relevant
- To liaise with colleagues to ensure that bookings are received and completed, and accurately complete associated administration for onboarding where required
- To maintain, develop and grow a customer database from existing and newly acquired data
- To maintain contact with customers booked on programmes to minimize cancellations
- Keep up to date with legislation and programme delivery requirements, to ensure accuracy of advice and information given to customers and potential customers
The successful candidate will have a good understanding of apprenticeships, proven track record of achieving sales against targets and have the ability to work well with students and employers. You will be able to demonstrate a clear, engaging and knowledge based presentation style and be able to work collaboratively with colleagues while using your initiative. You will be able to demonstrate a solution based, focused attitude and approach to work.
